Support Role :
1. Expertise in deployment/troubleshooting of Desktop O.S such as Windows XP, Windows 7
2. Troubleshooting of Desktop Hardware i.e. Desktops/Laptops/Printers/Scanners
3. Managing Desktop builds, standard image and software installations as per the compliance requirement licensing teams.
4. To provide IT support during Project transition, movements.
5. To provide 1st level support for LAN, Telecom, Server and Audio/ Video conferencing infrastructure.
6. Tracking/Executing/Reporting changes for Desktop related hardware and software
7. Planning and Managing IT infrastructure to support changing business requirements
8. Developing and documenting the policies and procedures for consistent IT management, and methodologies
Security Role
9. Responsible for ensuring InfoSec compliance and BCM initiatives.
10. To provide support during Internal and External InfoSec audits.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Managing IT Infrastructure including Desktops, Servers, Telecom, Printers, LAN and WAN for Romania location.
2. Should be able to understand the user requirement and provide appropriate solution for the same in discussion with core team.
3. Comply and verify that standard policies as per guidelines are implemented
4. The role will involve close coordination and project management of various internal and external technology groups to meet deliverables
5. Should be willing to work in shifts
6. Responsible for Site uptime and should maintain and update documentation
