Our client is one of the leading professional services organizations in the country providing services in five professional areas - audit, tax, consulting, risk services and financial advisory services through national and specialized expatriate professionals.
Client service delivery approach with cross-functional teams that extend across industry segments;
Execute the day-to-day activities of audit engagements of various clients;
Review complex financial statements and disclosures as well as documentation of validated, tested and assessed various control systems;
Identify and communicate accounting and auditing matters to Managers and Partners;
Identify performance improvement opportunities;
Implement new pronouncements to client situations;
Interact with clients to help ensure that the information flow from the client to the audit team is efficient;
Apply knowledge of business functions, processes;
Supervise the audit staff assigned to engagements, including completing performance reviews;
Work with the audit team to develop hourly budgets and fee analysis;
Build client relationships, business development and marketing;
Supervise and train staff and seniors.
3-5 years of recent audit experience in accounting;
Master s degree from an accredited college/university
Eligible to sit for the CPA exam;
Applied working knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted;
Accounting Principles (GAAP) and accounting procedures;
Able to meet challenging client requirements, provide services, and possess strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and research abilities
Ability to travel.
2 weeks holiday during Christmas;
Summer Fridays free;
Winter Fridays till 13.00 hrs.;
Flexible working times;
Bucharest office employs all kinds of nationalities;
30-40% growth figures;
