On behalf of our client, a commercial and corporate international group of firms, we are looking for a SENIOR IN HOUSE LAWYER:
Responsibilities:
The Senior Lawyer will have the great opportunity to join a commercial and corporate group of firms, with businesses in different European Countries.
As a Senior Lawyer you will provide legal advice on a variety of issues, including the drafting of documentation on transactional matters such acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures, real estate/property issues, and other contractual matters.
The selected candidate will report directly to the Partners, in an international environment where quality work and development plans will be encouraged.
3+ years experience of working within an international or national law firm;
Significant exposure to international clients and complex transactions in Real Estate, Competition, Mergers & Acquisitions;
Degree from a reputable law school;
Excellent communication and drafting skills in order to communicate effectively with business personnel, lawyers, paralegals and administrative staff;
Committed, hard working, able to work under stress;
Strong motivation, dedication and enthusiasm;
Proficiency in English; another foreign language is a plus.
