RESPONSABILITATI

Key responsibilities:
- Guide and support the Honeywell Romania businesses with all aspects of HR policy and practice, including:
- Talent management - assessment, acquisition, development and redeployment
- Organisation effectiveness - change management, leader effectiveness, organisation design
- Employee engagement - communications, employee relations, facilitation of rewards and recognition, employee involvement
- Be accountable for all HR initiatives and actions within the organisation, including:
- Performance management
- Compensation planning
- Management Resource Review processes
- Incentive compensation
- Recognition
- Census reporting
- Implement HR policies and processes, drive standardisation as the part of the broader HR team
- Develop and implement all necessary policies and processes required by Romanian law and ensure full compliance with Romanian labour legislation
- Ensure that HR policies, practices, programs and processes are implemented within Honeywell Romania SRL and clearly communicated and understood throughout the business
-Provide training and access to Honeywell development and coaching resources
- Design, champion and implement communication processes that create and sustain an environment of trust and collaboration
- Assist leaders in the development of solutions to resolve employee relations issues
- Work with other Country, Regional, EMEA or global HR teams to drive key HR initiatives


CERINTE

- Professionally qualified
- Bachelor¿s degree required, as a minimal request. Additional proven qualifications are a plus.
- Have at least 3 years experience in an HR generalist role, preferably in an engineering/service environment, in a multinational company
- Willing to travel (4 weeks per year)
- Competent spoken and written English language skills
- Excellent PC skills
