Our office's activity is headhunting, we help our clients to find their new executives and empoyees.
The colleague's tasks:
Fulfil the office sales/cost plans,
Build up and keep contact with key clients,
Keep contact with the mother company.
To make contracts with clients to find their stuff,
To recruit/headhunt the candidates for our clients,
To interview and select the best candidates,
To introduce the candidates to our clients, and help them to be employed.
Bachelor or master degree,
Minimum 5 years business experience, not necessary in relevant field,
Management experience is an advantage,
Experience in HR consulting field is an advantage,
Fluent English both in oral and written form,
Ambition and willingness to do new things, open personality for new challenges,
Good communication skills, and
High ethical standards.
Indipendent managerial position,
