Our new colleague will contribute to our continuous effort of ATTRACTING the most talented candidates that our clients are looking for.
The role covers all the process from taking the role brief to offer communication, specifically:
- identify employers’ (our clients) recruiting needs
- build-up, in collaboration with the client, of the role profile
- identification and selection of candidates in accordance to client’s needs and candidates’ interests
- interviewing and profiling of candidates
- short lists preparation and candidates presentation to clients
- assistance during the offering process to the candidate
- feed-back collection and communication to both candidates and clients
-university graduate in psychology, with 2-3 years of experience in recruiting, gained in a recruiting company OR HR manager from a medium size company
-proactive and customer service attitude
-team player
-results oriented
-very good English skills and PC skills (MS Office package)
