Follow up of the budget process with other members or the team;
Budget Controls regarding:
- Evolution of Headcount, NBI, Expenses and other business activity indicators vs. previous periods, budget and forecast;
- Proper cost and revenues distribution by axes of analysis: entity, business unit, organization, business initiatives, product type;
- Trends of headcount driven costs (average costs) and other ratios (NBI/headcount, costs/NBI, etc);
Transcodification of the budget into the new format required by the new tools;
Identify possible anomalies in the processes or in the tool: require an advanced expertise in our management control processes;
Call center to help users in using the management control tool;
If needed maintance/enhancement of the application related to budget processes;
- Monthly setting of the application parameters: exchange rates, inflation, etc.;
- Update of referentials (indicators, entities, organisations);
- Perform required testing of upgrades/enhancements to the application;
- Coordiante user acceptance tests on new releases of the application.
If needed prodution of customer rentability report or back up on this process;
If needed participate to the implementation of a new tool replacing our existing management control tool.
Strong analytical abilities, reliability and quality orientation;
5 years experience in financial performance management, ideally in banking sector;
Good ability to work in a changing environment, flexibility and good ability to learn by her or himself new tasks;
Good autonomy and proactivity;
Good IT/ Office applications knowledge (Excel, Word, Access);
Knowledge to create reports from mutidimensional databases (eg, Hyperion, Oracle planning);
Advanced level of French and English;
First experience in working in an international Network.
Good knowledge about costs management and reporting, NBI and other activity indicators;
Good knowledge in closing processes, budgeting and forecasting processes;
Good abilities to work under tight schedules;
