You are passionate about web development. You have in depth experience with JavaScript, HTML 4.0/5.0 and CSS . You have AJAX and JQuery knowledge. You’re passionate about creating rich, highly optimized, websites that work on most browsers. You are familiar with JSP, Spring and REST Web Services. You have a good command of the English language and you are familiar with Agile software development.
Technical Requirements
- Experience working with Scrum or a similar Agile methodology.
- Extensive experience with frontend technologies: Angular JS, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery with related plugins and component libraries like JQuery UI and JQuery Mobile.
- Developed your own reusable JavaScript visual components using a modern JavaScript framework Extensive knowledge of widely used browsers, whether desktop or mobile and related development tools like Firebug and Chrome Dev Tools.
- Experience in building and structuring JavaScript web applications applying JavaScript Designed Patterns either on your own homegrown MV* framework or using libraries like BackBone.JS, Angular.JS, Chaplin JS, etc.
- Experience using Coffescript, SASS or Stylus as compilers
- In depth understanding of object-orientation, SOLID principles and their practical application.
- Experience consuming RESTful APIs
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
Experience
- 3 - 5 years of working experience in a team atmosphere
Communication Skills
- Good English communication skills, both oral and written
Computer Skills
- Strong portfolio of highly optimized, cross browser compatible, W3C validated websites or web applications
