RESPONSABILITATI

The role holder will provide core finance support to achieving Accounting & Analysis deliverables including, but not limited to, assisting in the preparation and reporting of financial accounting data in accordance with Xerox Accounting policies and US GAAP / Country GAAP.

Main responsibilities:

Deliver accurate month end results, financial analysis and reporting. Tasks likely to include:
- Prepare monthly financial accounts and supporting corporate schedules.
- Ensure compliance with external / internal audit activities and internal controls requirements (including SARBOX)
- Deliver standard analysis to understand variances to outlook & trend
- To design and maintain documentation of processes undertaken as part of the role
- Prepare ad-hoc analysis, helping to provide accurate and insightful business analysis and support Business Reviews
- To assist Xerox / outsourced accounting staff in the resolution of queries (System and otherwise)
- To identify and deliver process improvement
- Support the out-sourced provider with the resolution of escalations

- Must be committed to a career in finance
- Good Financial Accounting skills with relevant experience and able to apply these to unfamiliar areas of business
- Demonstrates the ability to communicate information clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing at all levels of seniority, both formally and informally
- Contributes fully to an effective team environment; demonstrates willingness to work cooperatively with others to achieve shared goals
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
- The ability to analyze issues and to find resolution to problems by using a rational, systematic approach
- Experience with a multi-national environment with financial responsibility for significant $ balances ($50m+)
- Experienced in managing people and leading teams/virtual teams
- US GAAP knowledge
- Team player with flexible and committed, can-do approach and able to organise, plan and prioritise their own/others work
- Possess a willingness to take prime responsibility/accountability for own tasks and overseeing others
- Flexible approach to meet changing requirements as and when they arise
