Senior Engineer will support the Engineering manager in the Romanian Plant.
The main responsibilities are:
• To develop for Production all company's Engineering Projects
• To control and report progress of New Project launch (CIPPS / EPMS)
• To prepare Facility Specification for machine outputs in order to satisfy customer peak volume
• To manage the Pre-production build requirements, including product validation
• To prepare the Production Line Layout / support the layout change
• To construct / update PSC, PFMEA, PQAL for the lines / projects designated by the direct superiors
• To submit the designated projects to Manufacturing dept. with the achieved QCD targets
• To have problem solving activities regarding facilities, tooling and customer concerns
• To standardise processes,to identify cost down / value up ideas and monitor the expenditure budget
• To apply the 5Z / 3S standards
•To create the expenditure budget (new project launches – renewal, spares, improvements, trials, others)
• University graduate – engineering background
• Previous experience of +3 years in production of similar products is a must
• Abilities in planning and control of the activities
• Ability to work simultaneous on multiple projects
• Fluent in English, Romanian
• Automotive experience is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to plan and prioritize his work
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills
• Experience in implementing new projects into production
• Experience in management of subcontractors
• Based in Ploiesti or ready to relocate
• Good knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD 2D-3D
