• University degree;
• Strong energy experience within the private or public sector;
• Broad knowledge of energy subject areas;
• Knowledge of Romanian energy regulations;
• Commercial and technical solutions oriented;
• Very good project management skills;
• Self motivated with good networking abilities;
• PC literacy.
