Education:
* Technical study of Informatics, Mathematics, Electronics or similar.
Requested technical competencies:
* Minimum 4 years of practical experience with embedded design projects
* Strong knowledge of C language (C++ experience is considered a plus); basic Assembler know-how
* Practical experience with at least one of the following Microcontrollers: C167/164, XE167, Tricore, ARM7, ATMega, PIC
* Knowledge of real-time Operating Systems: PxROS (experience), Sciopta & OSE Epsilon (fundamentals)
* Experience with GNU compilers: gcc, g++, hightec C166
* Knowledge of In-circuit emulations
* Knowledge of Event Driven Programming
* Good knowledge of Unix /Linux platforms
* Experience of full project lifecycle: design and documentation, development, unit testing, refactoring, deployment and maintenance.
Would be a plus:
* Experience with developing safety critical or real-time embedded systems
* Knowledge of other Compilers : Keil, ArmRealView, IAR
* Debugger know-how: Vector (PLS)
* DDTS/ClearQuest experience
* Knowledge of Clear Case/Subversions or other SW configuration management solutions
* DOORS experience

Languages:
* Fluency in English
