Computer Science university graduated or equivalent.
Embedded software development experience. RTOS knowledge.
Device driver development - Ethernet drivers especially.
Optimization and performance tuning.
C and asembly (PowerPC, ARM, MIPS or X86) programming, familiar with various compilers, debuggers, profilers, UNIX environment.
Development process understanding and compliance.
CM tools knowledge (ClearCase, CVS, SVN, etc, bugtracking tools)
Advanced knowledge about complex peripherals like USB, PCI-Express or RIO
Knowledge about multicore CPUs and/or multicore programming.
MMU programming and/or OS memory management.
