Maintaining records and evidence related to debtor’s management accounts receivable;
Monitoring the invoice adjustments and related financial documents;
Preparing regular reports and analyses of receivable account for management;
Drawing up reviews of debtors in accordance with sales, finance and other departments requirements;
Collaborating with the sales and legal department in order to establish the customer limits;
Collaborating with the Commercial Affairs Manager in order to solve each credit problem;
Preventing and managing the risk related to client for customer payments;
Making suggestions for compensations and realizing the approved arrangement;
Monitoring the cash flow of the company and realizing analyses;
Developing the cash system of the company;
Planning and verifying the re-financing needs.
For one of our clients, a world leader in research and healthcare, we are looking for a Senior Economist.
Requirements:
Previous experience in the economic area is a must;
Upper-Intermediate level of English language;
Knowledge of accounting closing procedures, local accounting requirements, financial statements;
Good knowledge of the Romanian fiscal legislation;
Problem-solver, organized and able to work with deadlines.
