Together with one of our client, who provides print, audio and video content, organized into channels, we are currently looking for enthusiastic, talented people to help build out the next-generation products and platforms. We are seeking a Senior Drupal Developer to join a team of experienced, professional engineers, designers, marketers and
architects.
As a Senior Drupal Developer you will be:
· Planning and developing new software;
· Assisting in completing database design (Queries, Indexing and Structure);
· Being responsible of ongoing re-development of the current software;
· Providing basic system administration (Repairing corrupted tables, restarting services, etc.);
· Maintaining and enhancing the client’s websites.
Success requires:
· 4+ years experience with PHP;
· 2+ years experience in Drupal 7 site development;
· Familiarity with Drupal 8 (Development, Multi Site, etc);
· Experience with the version control system Git;
· Experience with team-based development processes;
· Experience with Symfony, Twig, YAML, JSON, Drush, 960gs, Zen Grids, MySQL;
· Expert knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript;
· Expert knowledge of database design and deployment for dynamic Web sites using MySQL;
· Experience with Apache administration;
· Strong SEO / SEM knowledge;
· Bash / Shell scripting;
· Acquia Certified Drupal Site Builder certification a plus.
