Perform and implement project, cost and quality management of development projects using the standard procedures;
Collect, format and provide data on the regional specifics of property development process;
Collect, format and provide data for the directors reporting to the Board (incl. “Monthly Report” on regular basis) to report on status projects
Support of director in analysis of risk profile, definition of risk management tools
Collecting and preparing data for the recommendation to the Board
Offer support in concept design supervision in case of classical development/redevelopment
Management of risks, time, quality, and cost aspects of development projects
Arrangement of external resources (consultants, contractors, etc.) necessary for due implementation of projects;
Responsibility ends after the project close – out phase at handover of completed project to the asset managers (after take – over from contractor including completion of defects).
Project Development/Management background (including Lender's Supervisor Role)
Detailed Knowledge of the property development management
Strong communication skills
Flexibility, consequentiality, responsibility
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Very good knowledge of English(+knowledge of Russian would be an advantage)
Experienced PC user, fluency in MS Office applications and MS Project
