Your Background:
-You have at least 3 years experience in IT, software or consulting industries.
- You have a proven experience as PHP developer, system architect and you think that you have now become expert in this field

Skills most wanted:
- Developer skills
- PHP 4 and 5 programming
- PHP Content Management systems programming (Joomla, Mambo, Drupal) or others
- Javascript, AJAX, XML
- Database programming: SQL, MySQL
- Software architecture & design skills:
- You are growing an expertise on Object-oriented programming, design patterns, MVC paradigms, database design, PHP frameworks (smarty, symfony, xoops, Zend framework).
- You can read and sketch UML diagrams on white boards in order to communicate your architecture ideas.
- Configuration & change management skills:
- You are familiar with tools such as SVN, CVS, VSS
- You have a good command of written and spoken English
- Team player skills

Skills most welcome and highly rewarded (but not required)
- Deployment skills: familiar with Linux, Apache, Windows configuration
- Project & process skills: you are familiar with some Software Development processes/methodologies (e.g. agile methodologies, scrum, XP, unified process,)
- Knowledge of any foreign language such as French, German, Dutch, Italian is a definitely an asset
- Development skills: next to PHP, you are familiar with any of the following
- Java J2EE programming using established frameworks (Struts, Spring, Hibernate)
- .NET, ASP.NET (web)
- Professional certification is an asset, e.g. Zend, Microsoft CP, Sun, Brainbench certifications
