We are searching for a colleague for the following position:
Senior Developer for the Web Components Team
in our Bucharest-based team.
What would you do?
You will
- be responsible for the development of server components in a small but excellently skilled development team;
- have the opportunity to contribute on design and architectural decisions for one of the biggest web portals in Europe;
-become involved in the full application development lifecycle;
If you have:
-Either 3-5 years minimum experience as a Java Developer (Server side) including usage of commonly used libraries like Spring, log4j or Hibernate
- Or 3-5 years minimum experience as a JavaScript Developer including usage of commonly used libraries like qooxdoo, JQuery or YUI
- Knowledge of the other Technology (for Java it would be JavaScript knowledge and vice versa)
- Experience with Python or other scripting languages
- Knowledge of common web Technologies (HTML, XML)
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken);
- Experience with working in a Linux environment
Would be a plus:
- Good ability to speak and understand German
- Experience with Java client development (SWT, Swing)
- First-hand experience with various runtime environments (.Net/Mono, Silverlight, AIR).
