- Responsible for maintenance of the correspondent banking business of the bank (Annual Reports, Authorized Signatures, Terms and Conditions, Information on Standard Settlement Instructions, Mergers, Broadcasts, other documents, etc.);
- Responsible for maintenance of NOSTRO and LORO accounts of the bank (General Conditions, Terms & Conditions, SSI, authorized signatures):
- NOSTRO accounts - analyze terms & conditions, comparison between account conditions, transaction volumes, treasury and commercial facilities, products and services offered;
- LORO accounts – provide necessary documentation, obtain approvals to support opening of LORO accounts, provide assistance in respect of well functioning of the accounts;
- Support to the Trade Finance business of the bank (limit availability for export L/C’s, L/G’s; confirmation for import L/C’s, issuing of L/G’s, signature confirmation through SWIFT, inquiries, etc.);
- Support to the Treasury business of the bank (new/increase of Money Market and FX lines in Romania and abroad, inquiries on treasury transactions);
- Complies with the general legal provisions, NBR regulations, and all internal rules, procedures, policies, methodologies of the Bank related to the department activities;
- Ensures the performance of any other duties required by law or assigned by hierarchical superior
- Ensures the internal quality standards for services and products offered to the internal clients (attitude, professionalism, answering time) and complies consequently;
- Covers other accountabilities and specific tasks delegated by the superior, as justified by the business needs
