Our client, with 27 offices in over 20 countries throughout the Americas, Asia, Europe and the Middle East, a leading magic circle firm with an international work environment is looking to enhance their practice in Bucharest by hiring a senior corporate/M&A lawyer with 6-8 years pqe. They offer consistent high quality legal advice combined with technical expertise to their clients with a knowledge of the commercial environment they operate in. This they do by sustained investment in managing knowledge and information with the right training to their people to be able to deliver top quality legal work and advice on a consistent basis.
You must be a graduate from a reputed school in Romania. You must be able to draft legal documents in English and knowledge of any additional language is always an added bonus. You must be able to work as a team player with a possibility to head your own team if you possess the right skills. You must have the ability to handle transactions independently and must provide a detailed list of transactions covered.
