In this challenging position your main focus is the analysis and interpretation of contracts, mainly regarding the applicable FIDIC conditions of contracts.
Furthermore, editing and preparing risk analysis and reports, as well as attending disputes adjudication hearings (in support to adjudication experts) represent an important part of this position’s responsibilities.
Part of your job is also training other members of the team, reaching tight deadlines and not least, creating and implementing procedures for the further improvement in efficiency of the entire department.
Our ideal candidate has technical studies – Roads and bridges or similar – and relevant working experience – at least three years previous track record in the construction field namely infrastructure projects. - Experience in managing complex construction projects and the ability to manage tight deadlines are a must.
- Besides, proficiency in English is required, also knowledge of the legal environment and regulations in the field
