PwC Romania is currently looking for a colleague with tax expertise to join our Indirect Tax Services group. You will quickly get your hands on some exciting work in various areas of Indirect Tax and develop an in-depth understanding of our clients’ businesses and industries.
The Role:
As a Senior Consultant you will:
• Offer VAT related advise to large multinational and Romanian companies;
• Build relationships at a senior level and be seen as a trusted business advisor;
• Be involved in various projects together with the Fiscal Authorities;
• Actively participate/ help managers for participation to conferences, workshops, other business events;
• Plan and lead multiple engagements;
• Actively mentor and coach team members to their highest potential.
We are looking for:
• Minimum 2 years of relevant VAT experience (preferably in a consulting role);
• EU VAT legislation expertise would be an asset;
• Excellent project management and presentation skills;
• Prior supervisory experience;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Fluency in English.
