Senior Consultant - Human Capital

RESPONSABILITATI

For one of our clients, a multinational professional firm that provides assurance (including financial audit), tax, consulting and advisory services, we are looking for a Senior Consultant - Human Capital. Our client it is known to engage with like-minded organizations and individuals in order to deliver quality and excellence in everything they do.

Responsabilities:

Demonstrating functional expertise in the areas of personal taxation (domestic and international), social security (Romanian and international) and domestic payroll;
Working with the client and engagement team to understand the clients business, providing practical solutions, support and takes ownership for the implementation of these recommendations;
Utilizing and encouraging the application of firm wide methodologies and tools, including computer based software solutions;
Preparing working papers and other documents in conjunction with serving the client (e.g., proposals, engagement letters, presentations, final reports, personal tax computations);
Providing guidance to assist juniors in reaching their full potential (e.g., willingly addresses questions, contributes constructive on-the-job feedback and training, conducts meaningful and timely performance reviews);
Assisting the juniors in designing and implementing individual development plans;
Developing and coaching people as your primary leadership style;
Ensuring proper preparation, approval and sign-off of the contracts within the firm by the Partner/ Manager and with the client before beginning and engagement;
Escalating any quality issues to the practice, engagement Managers and Human Capital Leader proactively and ensuring these issues are addressed at the earliest;
Keeping in touch with client engagement teams, particularly HC staff, managers and partners, as well as personnel providing services for other firm practice units;
Keeping in touch with the client personnel, particularly HR/ Financial Managers, and other offices’ personnel involved in the engagement.
