RESPONSABILITATI

- Scours the market for the very best candidates to meet the client¿s requirements (i.e. major international banks, well known Blue-Chips and rapidly expanding SMEs);
- Needs to learn to get a grip for the future movements in the market as well as the current hiring situations at a range of companies;
- Generates and develops new business relations for increasing the client portfolio and business volume;
- Negotiates and signs contracts with clients;
- Provides consultancy on various HR areas: recruitment, performance management, career development, training, compensation, HR strategy;
- Conducts and supervises the ongoing recruitment projects for top and middle management positions;
- Assists clients in HR strategy development process;
- Develops and coordinates Performance Management System and Employee Opinion Survey projects;


CERINTE

- The successful candidate is probably over 30 years old
- Honest and self-motivated
- Business oriented and common sense
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources Management and headhunting
- Bachelor Degree (in Psychology, Sociology, or other relevant field)
- Solid sales and negotiation know-how
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and good command of French
- A natural conversationalist and a proven interest to learn what is required of him/er in this demanding position
- Strong managerial skills
- Career- motivated
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (highly articulate, friendly and polite)
- Computer literate: MS Word, databases, Internet, Email/MS Outlook
- Be able to work on his/er own or as part of a team
- Determination and ability to learn new ways of working
- Professional manner and presentation
- Sound judgment and understanding of the human behavior

- Consulting skills, understand business requirements and mapping to ensure consistency to company template, while minimizing risk to both client and company

- Ability to communicate professionally with people at all levels of the organization and externally
