RESPONSABILITATI

Grafton Romania part of Grafton Employment Group is expending. We are a major and fast growing international company, operating in 17 countries providing professional HR solutions. Currently we are looking for a new team member willing to take the challenge and become a Senior Consultant-Temporary Division.

Responsibilities include:

Developing relationships with potential and existing clients according to company standards
Promoting new business line to Grafton Clients
Work with company database
Handling the entire recruitment process
Active participation on negotiation with clients
Carry out interviews with potential candidates
Processing of temporary agenda
Marketing activities
Fulfilling the set targets
Active communication and collaboration with other team members, as well as with colleagues from other departments and other branches of the company
Other possible tasks specified line managers.


CERINTE

* University degree
* Fluent knowledge of English
* Minimum 2 years of working experience in similar position
* Strong knowledge of Romanian labour code / market
* Sales Skills
* Experience in Temporary Business process
* Experience in General Recruitment is an advantage
* Customer oriented with strong communication skill
* Team player
* Stress resistant
* Advance PC skills
