RESPONSABILITATI

Share his/her experience and support Claims Handlers;
Manage all inquiry media (phone call, e-mail, mail, fax);
Answer producer inquieries &customer demand;
Record customer FNOL given by phone;
Assess and qualify claims;
Assign claims to the appropriate team of claims handlers;
Set reserve;
Negociate with customers;
Assign service provider or loss adjuster;
Engage salvage (but salvage process handled by loss adjuster);
Record loss adjuster report;
Manage subrogation for claims processed in ACN scope;
Conduct litigation for claims processed ACN scope;
Activate reinsurance;
Settle payment.


CERINTE

3+years of experience in P&C Insurance Commercial lines, e.g. Typical P&C covers (Motor, Construction, Marine excluded): Material Damage, Machinery breakdown, General Liability, Product Recall, D&O, Business Interruption, Crime, Goods in transit, Trade Credit, Personal Accident, Employer Practice Liability, Environmental Liability, Crisis + experience in computer processing and in customer support (phone calls, mails, emails, faxes)
Perfect knowledge of French;
Good knowledge of English.
Low University graduate.
