• Development:
- management and maintenance of cash funds in compliance with certain rules and limits, including
- analysis of the pattern of the bank’s cash turnover, seasonality, dependencies: by currency, on bank level, on branch level
- design of a model for optimal level of cash in all above mentioned structure
- development of a model for effective and efficient cash (in vault) management in the bank in terms of: measurement, target levels, stress scenario levels
• Implementation of a system for proper measurement and management of cash funds for adequate customer servicing, proper risk management and profit optimization in terms of: tool, organization in the bank, logistics
• Management and maintenance of cash funds in compliance with certain rules and limits, including:
- monitoring of the performance
- dynamic update of target levels of cash in the bank and in the branches
- improvement of productivity – proper customer services vs. opportunity costs
- internal pricing of cash holdings
- support to Logistical unit in proper dispatching the armored vehicle roots
- daily communication with branch managers in running the cash fund pool
• University degree
• Knowledge about cash transactions
• Knowledge about the products of financial market/money market
• Knowledge about FX and Cash Regulations.
