The Senior C/C++ Linux Developer works on the next generation Unified Communications systems based on 4Grid technology. The developer must be proficient in C/++ and must have a good understanding of SIP signaling, RTP media, high available, multi-computer. Knowledge of Open Source VoIP software like Asterisk or OpenSER is considered a plus. On this job, you will have to:
- Transform requirements into functional and physical specifications
- Design and write code according to the specifications
- Interact with Software Quality Assurance engineers, provide testing tools and meet the quality standards
- Research regarding technologies used or useful for the project
- Comply with the company continuous improvement processes
The Senior C/C++ Linux Developer must be able to provide technical lead for up to five team members.
Our candidate should have a B.S or M.S degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or Engineering and a relevant (3+ years) C/C++ development experience under Linux/Unix platforms. Good understanding of algorithms, design patterns, computer architecture and networking protocols are also required.
The candidate must have a good knowledge of SIP and related protocols, VoIP related technologies.
