University degree. Minimum bachelor in Electronics, Telecommunication, Automation.
Working experience with Windows and/or Linux systems at OS and application level - at least 3 years. Programming skills in C, C++ is required - at least 3 years.
Telecommunication protocols experience is required. Would be a plus if the candidate has knowledge about SIP, H248 and in general VoIP protocols.
