Business analysis for one of our major clients in financial field
Gather, document and analyse requirements for assigned project
Create the detailed design of the solution including: functional specification(use cases, interfaces, workflows)
Provide the process, questions, and techniques to efficiently extract the information needed from the Business Users for successful development and implementation of projects
Writes the analysis documentation in the format requested by the project.
Creates or helps in creating test scenarios.
The role includes traveling to client site ( Dublin) to liase direclty with the customer
4+ years of relevant experience is a business analysis function
Experience in data analysis and database work
Experience in gathering and analysing requirements, working with customers and development teams
Very good analytical and synthesis skills, organized & detail oriented
Experience in working directly with customers and development of teams
Experience in data modelling, data warehousing, or high-volume messaging implementation/arena.
Previous knowledge/experience in business area ( Financial/Banking) is a strong plus
BI / ETL experience is a strong plus
Demonstrated influencing and negotiating skills.
Excellent communication skills, oral and written
Proficient in Microsoft office and comfortable with analytics;
Excellent standard of English language both verbal and written;
