On behalf of our client, a leading International Real Estate Company, we are searching for SENIOR BROKER.
Main responsibilities:
- Actively searching for new clients and business opportunities;
- Identifing the real estate market opportunities in the area, based on the target;
- Providing market appraisals of properties and businesses for clients;
- Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers' needs and financial resources;
- Coordinate appointments to show properties to prospective buyers;
- Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the other;
- Preparing agreements between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants;
- Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with clients, and maintaining them over time;
- Representing in a professional way the company’s image;
- Attend training and development programs.
Personal Requirements:
- University graduate;
- Minimum experience in sales: 2 years;
- Pro-active sales attitude;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Excellent presentation skills;
- Dynamic and willing to work in a competitive business atmosphere;
- Good English speaker;
- Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Driving License - B.
