RESPONSABILITATI

- Establishes long and short term framework for management of brands/projects & categories
- Develops and delivers annual plan, plans/programs for specific brand/project/product
- Forms part of senior market development team to deliver total company plan
- Develops and communicates total category/project/ brand strategy
- Represent Impact prospective as project and team member in innovative projects
- Leads, motivates, coaches and develops immediate marketing team
- Key strategic thrusts: reconnect with consumers, brand focus and enterprise culture, simplification


CERINTE

- University degree (preferable economical)
- Expertise: min. 3 years in brand management
MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Language:Romanian and English – fluent
- Excellent communication skills
- General and personnel management skills
- Ability to work both on an individual basis and as a member of a team
- Easier understanding of consumers lifestyle and insights
- Both creative and analytical skills
