RESPONSABILITATI

• Manage all aspects of the marketing mix for the brands/projects;
• Achieving of the targets agreed in the business, market shares, sales volumes, financial results (profit steering down to PBO)
• Oversee market research and analysis, product and service development, advertising and promotions for the brands;
• Develop and maintain an understanding of the competitors and their brands;
• Formulate and propose category and brand/project strategies, recommend mix improvements and initiate projects that will seize market opportunities;
• Plan, recommend an annual activity program for each brand/project;
• Monitor brand performance against targets and preparation of proposals for corrective actions;
• Implement agreed strategy and activity plans;
• Monitor sales and update brand history on an annual basis;
• Preparation of support budgets and management of their expenditure;
• Manage contacts with the agency on the brands (advertising briefing; media planning, etc);
• Maintain relationship with Advertising Agencies, Suppliers, Media Agencies.


CERINTE

• University degree (preferable economical)
• Expertise: min. 3 years in brand management
• MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), dedicated programs for market researches
• Language: English – fluent
• Excellent communication skills
• General and personnel management skills
• Ability to work both on an individual basis and as a member of a team
• Easier understanding of consumers lifestyle and insights
• Both creative and analytical skills
• Proficiency in locating and synthesizing material from multiple sources
• Ability to interpret, analyze and summarize complex business data
• High degree of organization and initiative
• Ability to handle deadlines and changes priorities with good judgment
• Well developed sense of curiosity, ingenuity and perseverance
• Complete respect for confidentiality
• Strong team player
• Easier understanding of consumers lifestyle and insights
• Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
