-Monitor and control the billing system daily (24/7)
-To solve the users issues (Billing system related) accordingly with the established procedures
-Run the Billing system maintenance procedures
-Run the Billing system reports, either on-demand and/or periodically
-Immediately report any new system problem to the responsible staff of the department
-Solve or report problems to the billing supplier and track the resolution of the problem
-Technical or scientific degree/diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Telecom;
-Good knowledge of working with databases,
-Good knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL;
-Knowledge RPG, SQL400, DB2 and AS400 tools;
-Good knowledge of PHP/MySQL, HTML/CSS/JavaScript;
-Fluency in English;
-Good communications skills;
-Previous job in working within an billing centre will be a plus
-Able to work on shifts or night job.
