The company provides professional accounting and financial audit services in accordance with Romanian and International Accounting Standards as well as International Standards on Auditing.
The company offers to the clients tax consulting and assistance but also services tailored to their specific type of business.
Main Task and Responsibilities:
Reviewing financial statements and related technical accounting issues
Ensuring the completeness, accuracy and objectivity of audit assignments
Establishes audit objectives and develops audit program, including time estimates, plan of work and steps necessary to collect data and document findings
Responsible for the development of audit findings and summaries; completes and monitors field work, completes and reviews work papers, resolves appeals, edits preliminary drafts and coordinates the preparation of the final audit report
Monitors work assignments to ensure timely completion and performs detailed quality assurance reviews of work papers and report drafts to ensure the completeness, accuracy and objectivity of audit reports and consistency with the applicable auditing standards
Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict client confidentiality
Maintain active communication with clients to manage expectations, ensure satisfaction, make sure deadlines are met, and lead change efforts effectively
Work closely with the Audit Manager and other Senior Auditors, and staff to integrate practice development skills to the entire audit team.
Maintain strong client relationships
Coach staff and motivate others to accept new ideas, practices, or action and achieve goals and objectives for performance and professional development.

Bachelor degree in Accounting
A minimum of two-three years of progressive audit experience in public accounting firms.
Experience in one of the Big 4 is a plus
Excellent analytical, technical, and auditing skills.
Communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships.
Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing priorities in a rapidly growing, interactive environment.
Computer expertise.
Good command of English
