Quintus is currently hiring a Senior Auditor that will deliver audit and related services to our clients. The main tasks include: annual and financial risk assessment, planning, review by interview, analytical procedures, methods to enhance shareholder value, reviews of information systems and preparation of the draft audit deliverables. The individual will have access to a continuing education program that includes enrollment in the ACCA-Professional scheme program (The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK). Working with clients assumes working to the fullest potential and greater responsibility.
Overall deliverables: annual audits, quarterly reviews,agreed upon procedures, due diligences,assistance to internal audit departments. The Senior Auditor has to develop and maintain strong client relationships, implementation of new technical statutory and IFRS standards and manage risk with his/her ideas and intellectual capacity, assist in training and development of staff, looking for opportunities to expand services to solve client\'s complex business problems.
The ideal internal Senior Auditor candidate will be fluent in English, will have a minimum of 2 years current audit experience in a Big 4 or other top local firm. At least one year of busy season experience is ideal. A solid record of career achievements and academic excellence. Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) required.
