Your role will be to:
• Work on real estate advisory/business development, with an option to be involved in Audit and Corporate Finance assignments
• Coordinate advisory projects
• Contribute to the business development of the real estate portfolio of clients
The successful candidate is expected to:
• Have a Bachelor’s and/or academic degree in Economics with a focus on accounting - part or completed ACCA is a plus
• Have relevant professional experience
• Have knowledge of Romanian Accounting Standards (knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards will be considered a plus)
• Be familiar with the Romanian real estate market
• Be able to produce quality work, sometimes also under pressure while meeting tight deadlines
• Have excellent written and spoken English and Romanian - other European languages will be considered a plus
• Be an organised and responsible person
• Have good analytical skills
• Be a self-motivated person, eager to acquire experience and build a career in a professional environment, and with a strong team spirit
