Leading and consult project teams of Architects and Engineers for preparing design, tender documents and Site Supervision for Civil Works Projects in the field of office and residential buildings, as well as commercial and industrial facilities for national and international financed projects
Perform design, legal approval procedures and site supervision for works/projects as mentioned above
Coordinate activities of design teams in different locations of the OBERMEYER group national and international. Travels activities in Romania and in Abroad may be required
Establishing and maintaining contact to Clients of national and international financed projects
Support activities for business development in the field of civil works and buildings. Participation in the preparation of offers (national and international)
Prepare budget and budget control for project on monthly and quarterly base (balance of costs and income/invoicing). This also includes the forecast of expenditures and income for the project duration
Prepare invoices for the project works in collaboration with the internal and external accountants
Minimum 8 years in a similar position
Approvals/Certifications:
The possession of the certificate as authorized checker would be an advantage
Land use Planner (PUZ, PUD, etc.) would be an advantage
