RESPONSABILITATI

Operational Risk Management Governance

- Support Director ORM in indentifying , measuring and monitoring the operational risk;
- Analyse level of implementation of ORM score card;
- Support Director ORM for Basel II implementation;

Risk & Control Self Assesment (R& CSA)

- Prepare , support and analyse Risk & Control Self- assesment process
Key Risk Indicators
- Gather and analyse monthly Key Risk Indicators evolution based on Line management input;
- Gives continuous optimisation of curent and analysis;

Incident reporting

- Incident traking , reporting , response and analysis;
Audit and action traking
- Administer the evidences for audit points¿ closure;
- Has authority and responsibility to close the audit points;

BCM
- Analyse and advise Business Continuity Management co-ordinators


CERINTE

- University degree

- For the Senior position, prior experience involving direct client relationship (internal), global view of the financila industry and related risks, economic capital allocation models;

- Basel II knowledge would be a plus;

- Excellent analytical skills;

- Good communication and presentation skills;

- Superior attention to details

- Planning and organising abilities.
