- Act as a point of contact, ensuring that a high level of customer service is maintained at all times.
-Customer relationship, provide an effective and efficient customer service that interprets and satisfies customer requirements through interface with several finance sub-functions, drive short term improvements with the customers on operational processes.
-Communicate the progress of the resolution of the problems and supply information, monitoring customer complaints and drive resolution.
-University graduate
-Excellent knowledge of English
-Understanding of Accounts Payable and T&E processes
-Have very good communication skills
-Be able to handle in a professional manner complaints and challenging situations
-Good computer skills
