- Good knowledge of Romanian and International Accounting standards, accounting techniques and financial reporting;
- Fair understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards;
- Good knowledge of domestic taxation regulations;
- Able to coordinate, supervise and review the work of a small team;
- At least 3 years of significant experience in areas such as: accounting, tax, audit, internal audit, controlling, reporting, risk management, financial planning, business process design;
- University degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance or Information Systems;
- Relevant professional qualifications (ACCA, CECCAR, etc) are a plus;
- Very good command of English ;
- MS Office proficient.
