-You will provide customer service in the areas of Accounts Payable (AP), Payments and Travel & Expenses for a major international company in the in the following business languages: German and English.
-You will be responsible for:
-Processing of compliant invoices in SAP (as per defined procedures);
-Ensuring compliant vendor setups;
-Assisting vendors on phone calls;
-Point of contact for the business for all invoices related queries.
-University Degree in Economic Studies;
-Fluency in German and English;
-Microsoft Office and Internet knowledge;
-Outstanding customer-orientation and team-spirit;
-Very good communication skills;
-At least 1 year experience on Accounts Payable;
-Previous experience in SAP system would be an asset
