-To coordinate all offshore AP/AR/GL operation and to make sure they are run efficiently and effectively so as to achieve Service Level Agreements;
-To manage the relationship between the company and the client, as a single point of contact;
- To manage category teams being responsible for the end-to-end process from AP/ AR / GL and to ensure continuous flow of all activities for each category and correct cooperation within the teams;
- To facilitate collaboration with onshore Vendor/Client Specialists and to seek ways to improve service quality by initiating process excellence improvements;
-To be accountable for staff development - min 20 employees.
-Minimum 3 years of experience as a General Ledger or other financial roles or financial service industry;
-Previous experience in team management or coordination – minimum 1 year;
-Fluency in both English and German;
-Strong leadership and communication skills;
-Able to meet strict deadlines;
-Ability to work on own initiative and to improve best client service.
