- Responsible mainly for the preparation of all kinds of tax returns of the four company entities in Romania solely and arranges the payment of all taxes as and when due
- Reconciliation of tax accounts
- Manages tax queries and fiscal control of tax authorities in respect of all local company entities
- Prepares all tax related FAS schedules (in particular the deferred tax calculation)
- Reviews contracts and provides in-house advice on all kinds of tax implications for all local company entities
-Is the contact person on tax issues for the regular statutory and corporate audits
- Contacts tax advisory firms in case outside expertise is necessary
- Optimizes tax cost of the Romanian entities
- Follows up the changes in national tax and accounting regulations regularly, and applies the changes if necessary tax efficiently
- Works closely with the regional tax manager on higher level tax planning issues
- Maintains adequate transfer pricing documentation to meet the statutory requirements

Professional Profile:
- University degree in Economics-Finance-Accounting, MBA is a plus;
- Work experience in a tax related position for at least 3-5 years;
- Strong knowledge of the relevant Romanian Tax legislation and regulations;
- Demonstrates comprehensive theoretical and practical knowledge of the accounting legislation
- Sound IT skills: MS Office, Scala, Hyperion; SAP is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal skills, team spirit, self motivation;
- Trustworthy and honest personality;
- Fluency in English;
