Supervise , co-ordinate and manage accounting and bookkeeping
Be available to work with the on site center management team
Maintain books of account , operating statements and other records using Romanian Accounting principles
Supervise and manage the preparation of financial statements and auditors certificates
Supervise and manage payment of taxes , duties, fees and all other tax-related issues
Invoice and collect rent, service charge and marketing charge.
Have a robust system in place to remind tenants to pay invoices
Have a robust invoice approval system in place
Ensure bank guarantees are in place and develop systems to remind tenants / center operator when guarantees are coming up for renewal.
Furnish information necessary for compliant corporate governance , the preparation of internal management accounts , and any other related requirements as reasonably requested.
Maintain full records and files of all actions undertaken
Permit access at all reasonable times to such records , files and all documents concerning the Fashion House Bucharest Center and permit an independent audit of all such records and files.
Be responsible for all routine matters relating to VAT and Taxes for the center
Assist the center team and the “Outlet Services” with the preparation for meeting with the client or owner of the center
A seasoned Accounting professional with at least 3 years experience in providing financial services.
The successful candidate will play a key role in guiding the operation with key financial data and reports.
Fluency in English (oral and written) is essential
Experience in retail/accounting company will be considered a plus.
