Senior Accountant/ One year Contract

RESPONSABILITATI

Prepares and checks the monthly VAT journals
Checks for accurate posting of the purchase orders in the system; advises and counsels the involved departments in correct PO creation process
Checks the invoices and contracts received for compliance with the local legislation and fiscal requirements
Payroll accounting; supervises and authorises tax payments related to monthly payroll
Communicates effectively with the involved departments for accurate information flow and document collection
Expense reporting accounting; checks the compliance of the expense reporting process with Group Policy
Deffered VAT: check compliance with Romanian legislation, checks accounting records compliance
Supports other departments in different projects from financial, fiscal and documentation perspective
Prepares tax returns to Romanian state
Direct relationship with tax consultants and Group auditors
Active and supervision role in the monthly closing process
Important role in implementation and follow up of Group Internal Procedures;
preparation of the monthly Financial Check List
