Organizing all financial and accountancy documents and collaborating from close with the accountancy company
Organizing all the documentation which is necessary for the Human Resources Department.( not to evaluate the people etc, but all the contracts and other documents that someone must handle)
Organizing all papers for the banks and full follow up of the connection of our company with the banks
Responsible of financial extrnal and in-house controls
Continuous sincronization of the financial situation (salaries, taxes and contributions)
Designed transactions from financial, accounting and fiscal perspectives;
Design and organize all budget operations;
Experience in the accountancy field and in managing staf
English is a must
Knowledge and experience in Romanian accounting and tax is an advantage
Analitical thinking
