You will be responsible for :
¿ issuing the monthly invoices to our clients and following up the payments
¿ the client accounting and document registration
¿ generating financial and accounting information for internal and external use
¿ relationship with tax authorities
¿ supervising salary calculations of all teams
¿ forecasting the monthly payments and cash flow planning
¿ issuing and analyzing the financial result
¿ revaluating the currency rates
¿ monthly and annual bank reconciliation
¿ registering the treasury operations and bank transactions (in local and foreign currency) and bank deposits
¿ expense reports.
You will report directly to the CEO of the company
¿ You are a certified accountant, and have a minimum of 3 years experience in an international environment
¿ You are experienced with Ciel accounting system
¿ You strive for perfection in your professional life and you are a good communicator
¿ You are trustworthy and able to keep confidential information
¿ You speak English or French
¿ You are a dynamic person, take initiatives and find solutions
¿ You have a long term career objective and are very ambitious
