-Responsible for the review of reports and statistics and other financial results for allocated companies in order to ensure accuracy and completeness of documents processed
-Formulates and administers approved accounting practices and ensures all tax calculations comply with local regulations
-Ensures that the client is informed about any potential tax consequences in due time
-Assists clients in making relevant business decisions if support is required
-Ensures that final work is delivered to the client
-Relationship with state authorities on any tax issues, such as tax audits, VAT reimbursements, etc.
-Coordinates the activity of accountants, junior accountants and trainees under supervision
-Prepares accounts in accordance with Romanian Accounting Standards, IAS, US or UK GAAP
-Keeps up to date with changes in local accounting and tax legislation
-Is able to manage teams of junior accountants/accountants and provide feedback on their work
-Attending meetings with potential clients, preparation of services proposals, follow up the status of agreements with clients
-Leads the staff performance appraisals
-Ensures appropriate training for staff under supervision
-Economical university degree
-At least 3 years experience in an accounting expertise office or in a company accounting department
-Very good English command
-Excellent computer skills
-Excellent leadership skills
