- independently handling the accounts function and preparing the full set of accounts for the entity
- following up for payments of the customers.
- in charge of incurring and maintaining the office expenses.
- warehouse cost accounting.
- cost accounting of the stocks and inventory
- Coordinate with Singapore office and maintaining the reporting system as required
- knowledgeable of the treasury function and of the exchange risks involved in purchase and sales in different currencies and managing the same
- vat management
- reporting to government and statutory bodies the accounts or related information as is needed by the law of the land.
- managing the existing credit limits to customers and drawing up fresh credit limits to new customers based on their financial reports and background.
- management of credit limits.
- working with auditors for timely audit.
For one of our client company, we are looking for a Senior Accountant to be part of a young and dynamic team.
If you have:
- Faculty of Economical Studies diploma
- At least 3 years experience in Finance department
- Substantiated knowledge of the Romanian GAAP and fiscal legislation: fiscal and profit taxes, VAT, custom
- Knowledge of IFRS and international reporting experience is a must
- Good PC skills, mandatory Excel
- Fluency spoken and written English
- Strong personality and communication skills, self organizer, able to work individual but also in a small team
